The CAHS Patriots, Inc. began in 2003 as a student volunteer group at the Connellsville Area Senior High School and incorporated in July 2008. Their purpose is to promote patriotism and support our deployed military personnel, and their efforts were never political! To date they have shipped 4552 package valued at $204,080 and will continue until all of our servicemen/women are home from around the world. The project is ongoing and their mission gets bigger every day. That is why many individuals and businesses from the community have stepped up to help. Each package is valued at $35.00 and the postage is $11.95. Monetary, material and physical support is needed as shipments are now four to six times a year.
